Yes, please implement! We have a need to post bold obvious high priority announcements to a particular Teams channel multiple times a week. These need to be able to use the usual Announcement features of background color of the large banner, set as Important, include a subheading, and include an @team mention. Would like to be able to use some sort of manual trigger like a button (not from mobile), for Power Automate to initiate this.

Please add dictation to Teams. This would significantly enhance productivity, speaking instead of typing in Posts and Chats. The Closed Caption feature in meetings is great, but we also need the other direction; speach to text.

if you have an existing post that you want to show in a different channel, you can edit the message and cross-post. This will add the top-level post to the different channel, but will not include the full set of replies. We will keep this request in mind as we evolve the cross-posting feature in the future and update if the status changes.

Details on cross posting can be found here: https://support.office.com/article/cross-post-a-channel-conversation-in-teams-9c1252a3-67ef-498e-a7c1-dd7147b3d295.

Please add this capability as soon as possible. Posts can quickly mushroom out of control with content that really belongs in another Channel. Lack of this ability seriously limits usability and adoption of Teams in a corporate environment. One can't always perfectly plan ahead for all the Teams and Channels that will be needed. Even with the right arrangement, people, myself included, frequently post to a channel that may not be the most appropriate.
