We apologize for the confusion this is causing. Your meeting attendees receive a non-mirrored video including the image of you and any text, whiteboards etc. The image and video in your Call Monitor screen is shown to you only, as if you were looking in a mirror.
We are reviewing options to make this more user friendly (including a toggle), and will update status here as we have more. But, please note there is no action needed from you to ensure attendees see the correct image.
Thank you for your continued feedback. The feature team is actively working on this highly requested feature. We are testing the first release that will have the ability for meeting hosts to create breakout rooms, assign the users to the rooms and call them back to the main room. Please see our roadmap for current status here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Microsoft%20Teams&searchterms=65332.
We are currently testing the ‘hard audio mute’ feature internally. We will share an update as soon as one is available.
To view this item on the roadmap, please visit https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Microsoft%20Teams&searchterms=66575.
For the separate feature ask to disable attendee video, please track and/or upvote this suggestions: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103/suggestions/40255927.
