Agreed - I think it's confusing for users to navigate away from a call and back to it. I also miss the call controls window that would appear if I minimized the original call window in SfB. AND I miss the ability to move the call controls window.

+1 it is extremely obnoxious to have several individual chat messages blow up the right side of my screen. Would like 1) a single banner notification that someone has messaged me OR 2) a notification sound if I have banners turned off. The notification sounds are absent if I have banners turned off, which forces me to turn them back on again or else I'll miss important timely messages, but then the right side of my screen will blow up with notifications from other chats.

Would love to see this. A few of our call agents used to call any missed calls back (those who didn't leave voicemails) but they don't have an easy way to do this now. It would make it easier to see the call volume as well.
