Thank you for your feedback, the team has this request under review. We will share an update as soon as one is available.
In the meantime, you may want to try using the “Do No Disturb” status if you are in a call or meeting, and do not want to get call notifications (rings and toasts). For more information on the various status settings in Teams and how they effect your notifications, including call notifications, please visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/change-your-status-in-teams-ce36ed14-6bc9-4775-a33e-6629ba4ff78e.

Thanks for your feedback. The transfer to voicemail option is currently in testing and will be released soon.
Note: Direct calls to a users voicemail is a separate feature which is planned. We’ll update when we have more details to share on this one.
Thanks.

We need this feature from our Yealink phones ASAP, what is the progress on this as it says the last update *coming soon* was posted in August 2019?

Dialpad should always be displayed as per a normal handset, the user interface for desk phones needs some work and making a call is too complicated.
Example scenario - reception phone - guests or delivery people are not familiar with a Teams interface - a phone should work like a phone in these scenarios!!

Yes I have a user cursed with an apostrophe in his email too. Only workaround is put in a 'valid' email address and then choose the option to sign in with a different account which then uses the web wrapper log in process vs. the Android input screen. Not an issue on other platforms just the Android client.

Definately need speed dial/directory and or sidecar support for phones (Yealink user here)
Will try Busy on busy policy but darn, this should not be an issue and Busy to VM should have been implemented by now.
