Thank you for your feedback, the team has this request under review. We will share an update as soon as one is available.
In the meantime, you may want to try using the “Do No Disturb” status if you are in a call or meeting, and do not want to get call notifications (rings and toasts). For more information on the various status settings in Teams and how they effect your notifications, including call notifications, please visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/change-your-status-in-teams-ce36ed14-6bc9-4775-a33e-6629ba4ff78e.

The team is reviewing possibilities in this space but does not yet have a date on this. We will update when there is news to share.

I agree with the original poster. Queue calls should not interrupt calls already in session. If not 'available', should not be available. Another work around is to set call forwarding. With call forwarding set to an outside line, the call distribution will skip the queue member.

We are still considering the Voicemail on Busy feature for future releases, and will continue to update the status when it changes.
Note: The Busy on Busy feature has been released. Please see the following documentation for admin details:
https://docs.microsoft.com/microsoftteams/teams-calling-policy
https://docs.microsoft.com/powershell/module/skype/set-csteamscallingpolicyThanks.

We definitely need a voicemail on busy option within calling policies. I have call queue members who are getting calls when already on a queue call and the toast box and ringing are a significant distraction. Voicemail on busy should be default for when a user is in the 'on a call' status.
