    Setting up for a workshop is a detailed process and one NEEDS to be able to set up their room the way they need to - having to do this on the fly when you're facilitating is a waste of time for participants and stressful for the facilitator. This must be an enhancement to focus on thank you

    I'm so peeved - I forgot to download during the meeting, because as the owner and presenter I'm focussed on making sure my attendees are engaged. Now I don't know who attended and who I need to follow up with. So annoyed! We need a report to be available after with this information - and this is a great suggested format

    I use links to files for internal but this doesn't work when scheduling a Teams meeting in calendar for externals - please add this feature there is a need to attach documents to the Teams calendar scheduler

    Thank you for your continued feedback. We have a feature on the backlog for popping out content, so that you can see one screen with the video gallery and one screen with the shared content. We will share an update as soon as one is available.

    This is happening to our Executive assistants - still not sure why this is happening but the automatic chat mute doesn't seem to be working. One scenario that seems to occur is that when they decline a meeting for their Executive (but perhaps the EA joins the meeting) then the Executive starts getting chat notifications for that meeting. It does not recognise the delegated decline or the automatic muting of chat setting. It's extremely disruptive to the Executive which is of course, a key stakeholder for Teams in the business. It would seem that having the ability to decline a meeting and choose whether they want to decline chat or keep it) would be important to cover the different reasons for why someone declines a meeting. It's not always the same so giving the user some options would be helpful.

    The ability to set Contacts as default is important for our company, as many of them dislike the visual noise that the Recent tab shows, and as the original author notes, it's a change from Lync/Skype. Contacts tab as default is far more user friendly.
