Thank you for your feedback, the team has this request under review. We will share an update as soon as one is available.

In the meantime, you may want to try using the “Do No Disturb” status if you are in a call or meeting, and do not want to get call notifications (rings and toasts). For more information on the various status settings in Teams and how they effect your notifications, including call notifications, please visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/change-your-status-in-teams-ce36ed14-6bc9-4775-a33e-6629ba4ff78e.

The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.

You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.

    Thanks!

Here's a workaround that works for me, it involves creating multiple profiles in Edge/Chrome and installing Teams as a web app. Notifications etc. all work, though it might be that some specific features that are in the desktop app are not available in the web app.https://tomtalks.blog/2020/03/create-multiple-edge-web-apps-for-each-microsoft-teams-guest-tenant/

Thank you for your feedback. The team is currently planning for a profile editing experience for Guests that will include changing profile images as well as updating display names. We will share an update as soon as one is available.

Yes - would be great if guest users could at least add a profile picture. That'd make things a lot more personal in Teams and makes it easier for people in the organization to recognize guests in real life.
