For Microsoft Teams chat, when you add a new member into group chat which has three or more members, the new member can view the history chat. However, when you add other person into the existed one on one private chat, the newest member cannot view the chat history - that option doesn't populate. This may be what you are seeing.

Here's how to delete a video from Teams when you don't have Stream enabled:
1. Log into Teams for the web (https://teams.microsoft.com) in Chrome, as the user
2. Go to the Chat section and download the file
3. In your browser, navigate to the downloads list using the three dots at the top right
4. Here, you'll see the url of the video in Microsoft blob storage
5. Open a ticket with M365 support and supply the organizer's name, date/time of the recording and the URL. -

Thank you for your continued feedback. Screen sharing on Chrome and Chromium-based Edge is fully supported. For more information, please visit https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/limits-specifications-teams#browsers.
For Safari and Firefox, only incoming screen sharing is currently supported. Safari outgoing screen sharing is on the backlog, and Firefox outgoing screen sharing is under review.

I actually have the opposite problem. When I'm active on both, it rings on my Desktop but I want it to ring in the Mobile app. I agree that a configurable option for either would be idea.
