    Please action this. We have loads of people who forget and dont bother/technically not capable/feel they are too important to do their voicemails and it falls on us admins to make sure it happens which takes up a lot of our time. please sort this out.

    Hi, we have hotlines like this too and this would be a huge feature for us. We need to give the agents the option in their teasm call settings to switch between their personal numbers and the call queue number.

    I just need my call queue users to be able to see the call history of all calls to the queue. When is this going to happen??

    The major issue is the web app doesnt support multiple video feeds. We restrict end users to use the teams web app on unmanaged devices as we cant give them access to the app as theres no way to block their ability to download company data to these personal devices.

    There really needs to be a shake up here. Either level out the playing field and give the web app some much love and attention the client app has or give admins further control via intune to restict the client app.

    I need this! My organisation blockeds the teams app on unmanaged devices as theres no way to block file downloads. The web app is fine except you cant see all the participants on screen. Can this be fast tracked please!!!

    Please can we get this. We want to remian secure on unmanaged devices but the functionality of the teams client app outweighs the web app. Either we need more video meeting functionality on the web app or we need a way for teams to lock out access to onedrive and sharepoint on the client app.

    This needs to be across all devices. I get calls to my teams app all the time in the evening. Drives me mad. Quiet hours should send all calls to voicemail (on all devices)

    I have this too, crazy to think the voicemails dont stay on the system if the email is deleted. Needs to change like now!

    This wouldnt be needed if you just add the ability to add document libraries in 'Files' in teams. Common sense Microsoft please! I want to go to my files, thats personal files AND my shared business files..

    When you are in a channel you have files and then a tab for a document library if you make one. Makes no sense..

    I have a department that has multiple teams within it, they dont want to collaborate inside within one team as they cant have their own workspace with their own channels without other teams accessing them (30 private channels is not enough). They just need a quick and easy way to access their departments shared files. Stick it in the Files area!
