    Yes this is really annoying. I have to go back to working on my desktop apps, then fiddling around a lot.
    Google's system of always opening new files etc as new tabs is much better.

    I thought that there already is the ability to monitor students' chats?
    In any case, it is an absolute must, and I also agree that there should be an option to restrict the creation of chat groups to staff.
    It may not always be needed, but I can see where it would be important. Especially where students are minors.
