The inability to rename a generic call in user name to the actual participant name is a significant detriment to my team's ability to effectively collaborate with remote team members. We work with internal team members, external partners, and customers together. It is beneficial to better understand whom is speaking and being able to identify them by a specific name.

Once support for Windows 10 native notifications is released, users who choose to use Windows notifications will be able to utilize Windows OS specific settings for the length of time to display notifications. Mac does not have an OS specific setting, so will not have the support.

We have just migrated to Teams. But some of the notification issues are problematic. The lack of notifications and not providing enough time prior to a meeting is something that needs to be addressed. Another major issue is that we have users call in but do not have names assigned. When you are hosting a call with a significant number of participants, it is challenging to know who is speaking. In WebEx, we were able to rename a call number to a specific name.
