Just need to fix this. Its a basic feature and allows users to focus (visually and functionally) on things that demand their attention. A big long list of old communications is even more distracting in Teams than it is in Outlook because of the way it is presented and I am having trouble getting Users to get on board with Teams because it still competes with Outlook internally for basic communication. Teams has got to be better or at least equivalent in presentation to get users to switch.
