Having multiple speakers at once is essential to usability for us - we often have more than one speaker for a presentation and we try and keep Q&A sessions informal where different speakers contribute. I don't think we can use the tool until this functionality is added. Hopefully it will be so we don't have to look outside of Office 365 for our remote event functionality.
This continues to be on our backlog due to prioritization of other work items. We will update when there is more to share.
