I agree, the color or status "in meeting" is confusing. It is the same as busy, but does not work in the same way. The person that is "in meeting" state does not expect to see message notifications as the same behaviour as "busy" state.
Eiter align the behaviour of the "in meeting" status, or change appearance of "in meating" status that user can distinguish it from busy.
The best solution in my opinion would be to add small "phone icon" on the red dot icon, like we have minus icon on red icon for do not disturb. At the same time add option to mute notifications in settings when user in meeting. I understand that for some meetings user could want to see notifications, while on other especially while presenting the screen does not want to.

The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.
You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.
Thanks!

Thank you for your feedback! Our team is currently working on a significant update to add a broader and more diverse selection of emojis to Teams. We will share an update as soon as one is available.
The ability to add custom emojis and custom reactions is still under review, and we will share an update as soon as one is available.

Sachs it is not all the same. Once are about local computer music, and this one is about Teams app to play music for people while waiting for the host to join / attendees to join the meeting. Assume that you have a big meeting 20 - 200 people, there is no way everyone will connect at the same time.
I imagine music like waiting in elevator music with some periodic information "Your meeting is about to start soon, please hold on line". The people do not know if the sound is working or not. Or the speaker is muted, which device is output device. I help to configure the local PC for the meeting. It will improve performance of the meetings. Imagine 100 people checking the audio setup at beginning of meeting? We loose a lot of time.
