    Great post! There is also an issue of not being able to call a users mobile number (from their AAD contact) if the recipient user does not have a dialing plan.

    This does not work if the user does not have a dialing plan. I have several users that have M365 E5 subscriptions but do not have a dialing plan. Previously with Skype, they could forward their Skype calls to a PSTN number. Teams has removed this feature unless a dialing plan is associated.
