This has to be a feature that is added to Teams, currently for DR customer there are only a few options;
1. Service Number (Only from Microsoft)
2. Anonymous
3. Users Caller ID
4. Set via DR SBC (but this is limited, and with a lot of customers this is not possible).Why can we not set to a number which is assigned to the customer already, CQ, AA or User.
Or a Number which is owned/managed by the DR SBC provider.
there are numerous instances where a number is transferred to Teams, and they (MS) are unable to assign this DDI to a service number that can be used, and others where Microsoft takes the number, and the customer loses control of this DDI, even though it was transferred in by the customer (and effectively owned by the customer NOT Microsoft).

We are still considering the Voicemail on Busy feature for future releases, and will continue to update the status when it changes.
Note: The Busy on Busy feature has been released. Please see the following documentation for admin details:
https://docs.microsoft.com/microsoftteams/teams-calling-policy
https://docs.microsoft.com/powershell/module/skype/set-csteamscallingpolicyThanks.

is there any chance of an update, it has now been 9 months since the 'UNDER REVIEW' was posted, this is a required feature and parity with ALL phones systems on the market (cloud & on-premise), having the busy on busy is no use as it just hangs up the calls, and for a business this unacceptable.
this is how companies can fail when they lose customers due to the PBX not working as any other normal PBX should work. -

when migrating from any other PBX, there is always a central contacts list that needs to be migrated, why Teams does not have this, or even access to the GAL, does not make any sense.
we are trying to sell teams and the Phone System, and this is a question we are always asked by companies and organisations, small and large.

this does need to be more reliable, as currently it has been fixed twice in the last year for my Company, but it has now reared its' head again!
it seems for me that you can only transfer to a Call Queue you are a member of again...
I think it might be easier to nail one foot to the floor...
