I am puzzled as to why we have been given a function to hide a chat within Teams but there is no function to "unhide".

I am not sure what the rationale was behind turning off or hiding the conversation history folder for Teams but we need it restored to how it was for Skype. A lot of the teams rely on this folder when they need to refer back to chats about specific cases for compliance and legal reasons.

20th November 2019 and still no return from Microsoft on this??? I would have thought this would be something fundamental that they should fix/rollout.

Just to confirm I am on the same page as everyone else - we are talking about the absence of Meta Data columns within Teams right?

At the moment for any filing of documents or emails we are using an application called Repstor which plugs into outlook and in turn it plugs into a SharePoint repository/document library. Providing you have your email content types setup correctly then voila you have your metadata columns populating correctly in outlook and SharePoint. However I do not want to digress too much because the company I work for is in the process of moving ahead with MS Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint Document Libraries and as such the absence of meta data columns is preventing me from moving my users from Repstor onto Teams.

Any come back from Microsoft on this would be VERY much appreciated.
