I've activated option on android app that it should receive notifications only if desktop app is not active.
As a result right now I do not receive any notifications on android app at all. Even if there is no teams app on desktop is running.

    Here is another example.
Unofficial Teams client for Linux with native window decorator vs official Teams client.
Unofficial client window looks much better in my setup.

Could someone explain why it works in Firefox on Linux only if I change my users agent as Edge on Windows?

Why you are having this block at all? Just show notification somewhere that "Your browser probably would not work well" and let users work with your web application.
