The ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is supported on iOS & Android today. The feature team is continuing to work on support for multiple accounts on desktop and web clients. We’ll keep you posted as we have more details.

This is fast becoming really frustrating for all of our employees. More and more of our external clients are getting Teams and we still have no updates for this. The biggest con is not being able to receive voice calls when signed into a different tenancy which is a massive issue since migrating our organisation into Teams only mode. I can't believe how badly Microsoft have dropped the ball on this one.

Any updates on this? Many of our users sign in to some of our external client Teams tenancys. Its extremely frustrating that there is no easy way to be logged into multiple channels at the same time.

Would love to have a BToE system where we can initiate calls using the PC client and then use our Teams desk phones. It shouldn't be so hard, having the desk phone connect to the PC to be a selectable audio device for communication via the PC client. It worked so well on SfB, why is this functionality missing in Teams.

Same issue here as well. If we place a call using our Teams enabled desk phones and then attempt to initiate a screenshare to the same person we are currently talking to on the Desk phone. The call is placed on hold on the desk phone. It appears to try and reconnect to the same person using the audio devices on the PC, which is not ideal if you dont have a headset/mic on the PC for communication.
