Yep, commented in another entry like this one, but similar experience/issues:

Did the reply just recently with a Teams notification....then noticed 30 minutes later that I had an undeliverable email as a result, which caused satisfaction issues. Notifications should be easily actionable like they used to be with Skype.

Also was provided a similar experience by a colleague, but his actually had a purple "Reply" button in the message (not "Reply in Teams" like mine). Pressing the button does a reply in teams, but of course the natural thing to do is reply to the email which fails.

Not sure why the button difference on the message, but the end-result was the same - failure of communication and satisfaction issues.

    Thanks.

Agree - used to see these with Skype and just reply and move on.

Kind of short-sighted to have 4 of the 5 policies in the package to be able to be assigned to groups, but app setup and the actual package can't be assigned to groups. Makes it hard to adopt and maintain this for organizations that don't want to be doing 20 extra steps to onboard people with the right settings.

Pretty essential feature to handle numbers not assigned anymore. Easiest way to handle terminations and such without getting a dropped call for people and looking like amateur hour for our phone system implementation.
    Thanks.

Clearing the cache button obviously would be nice. Having the cache actually age out and refresh items on their own periodically would make more sense. This a dynamic environment. Cache should be set in a manner to handle the fact that changes will occur. Names change. Things that are sent in each SIP call are cached....no need to cache that - use the current information in the SIP packets so it is accuate.

Yeah, really need this feature. So used to just going into the Skype for Business client and playing voice-mails from there and listening to my headset. Now you have voice-mails playing on speakers which is an interesting implementation choice. With the lack of a subscriber access to dial into(*), you're now expecting users to flip their main audio over to headset and back again when done....or making sure no one is around when listening to voice-mail. Does no one at MS get voice-mails to not realize the issue when rolling this out?

    * - so there is kind of a subscriber access option. You need to open up the Teams client - go into Settings - Calls - Configure voicemail. There, you can listen to them on the headset fine. But that's a lot of clicking to listen to your voice-mails if you don't want them blasting on speakers. You can't save "voicemail" as a favorite contact, but once done...you can get to it via recent contacts. I can't even do "/call voicemail" in the command window. Really need an improved solution for this. If you need a hint, take a look at the Skype for Business client, that worked just fine

    Thanks.

Been told this is the place to "wish" for something to work. There is an option to disable surveys (Settings - Privacy - Surveys), but per MS support "the decision of our product team working on Teams application to keep the feedback feature enabled for every call in order to improve the product. That is not in our reach to control right now". So, it is a dummy switch apparently. My issue is with short calls. If someone calls and hangs up right away, they ask "why" each time. Support says that we need to request that the switch they have "by design" set to ignored the settings be programmed to actually work as advertised. So adding my voice to have someone at MS make use of the setting where we disable the surveys to actually disable the surveys and stop annoying the end users. "thanks"
