Download of the meeting attendance list during a meeting is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy. Really hope they address this at least with private channels. The intuitive thing would be to send out invitations only to attendees of event/meeting. If meeting is private or in private channel, no other attendees allowed.
