    Some businesses still require us to use Fax services, especially government agencies, hotels and insurance companies. Ring Central has this capability built right in. I would think this would be a natural option especially since email is also built right into the Office 365 platform, it should be easy to add.

    Thank you for your continued feedback, we have not forgotten about this ask. We have a feature on the backlog for popping out content, so you will be able to see one screen with the video gallery and one screen with the shared content. We will share an update as soon as one is available.

    I see a whiteboard feature in there now as a share option, isn't that what is being asked for? I'm not sure when it was added though, I just noticed it this week.

    This is actually causing issues for us with our remote workforce, we use VMware VDI with multiple screens and they can't tell which machine they are on when sharing screens in Meetings and Chat, then they lose the meeting. We are having to use Zoom for some people because it is causing too much confusion :(

    Thanks for your feedback. The transfer to voicemail option is currently in testing and will be released soon.

    Note: Direct calls to a users voicemail is a separate feature which is planned. We’ll update when we have more details to share on this one.

    Why wouldn't you input the caller ID, then if they already have a contact for them, override it with that... it's pretty standard for a phone system really... and show both the phone number and caller ID in the history.

    Yes, I have been testing this out myself, it is very slow, it makes the caller feel like their call might not be answered. This is not good for business.
