A very useful feature for those who burn midnight oil and want to get messages sent off first thing in the am. Or for those who want to save something and polish it up later. Slack has this as well.

Thank you for your continued feedback. As many people have pointed out, this is available on mobile today. Support for replying to a specific message is on the backlog for desktop. I’ll let you know when we have progress to share. Thanks.

Needless to say, Slack has this, and the jump from one to another when losing that ability in Teams really depreciates the users experience. You feel more organized with this capability.less junk in the thread. You have to do this, ASAP! Tell your PO’s this should be your top “feature request.”

Users need to be able to reply to a comment within a chat or channel that creates an embedded thread for just that comment and its replies. This is a feature that exists in Slack, and it is terrific. I think that is what is described in this post, so I am voting and adding this comment. You NEED to do this ASAP, Microsoft.

This is easy, it already exists within the Team channel. Make it happen in a 2 or multi way chat... C'mon!
