Regarding recurring meeting invites, the meeting link is unique so you can use the same meeting link for all instances.

I am inputting client contact info into a folder within outlook to then share with the firm. Two questions:
1. How do I actually share the folder
2. Once I share the folder if I make changes will everyone see them? If not, can I re-share the folder?
