Teams email notifications should have more options to configure, or show the whole Display Name in email notifications for users that are trying to reach you by default, rather than just their First Name.
There can be multiple common first names in the company, and others that have both 2 first names with no hyphens - Lisa Marie Smith, or 2 last names with no hyphens - Lisa Smith Thomas.
In these cases you receive email notifications such as 'Lisa mentioned you Company Team' and you won't have any indication on which Lisa this is, and in the case of Lisa Marie Smith this is not her correct full First Name.
Additionally, if the Display Name is formatted as Last Name, First Name you will see 'Smith mentioned you in Company Team' which is also very ambiguous in a large company.
If this user has 2 Last names that are not hyphenated - Lisa Smith Thomas, you would only see that 'Smith' is trying to reach you in Teams which is not the correct full Last Name either.
