Thank you for your feedback, the team has this request under review. We will share an update as soon as one is available.
In the meantime, you may want to try using the “Do No Disturb” status if you are in a call or meeting, and do not want to get call notifications (rings and toasts). For more information on the various status settings in Teams and how they effect your notifications, including call notifications, please visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/change-your-status-in-teams-ce36ed14-6bc9-4775-a33e-6629ba4ff78e.

Myself and Asim have already posted a totally fine workaround for this below which is using 'Busy on Busy' policy which stops incoming calls ringing you on the call queue whilst you're already in a call. Granted 'Voicemail on Busy' is needed but it's coming in the roadmap.
There's no point using UserVoice to just moan without reading what other people have put - it defeats the point!

Although Voicemail on Busy would be ideal here, busy on busy has solved this for us, Sascha - agents do not hear incoming calls when they have Busy on Busy policy set against them. Maybe the policy hasn't replicated yet?

This is potentially a problem for our switchboard team who have always historically been using simultaneous ring with our old PBX and we had assumed that attendant routing would work on teams. I can't see how attendant routing (simultaneous) can possibly work for call groups of any sort of volume. You basically can't have more than 1 person in the queue without it becoming incredibly disruptive
