we have this!  ·  Suphatra responded

You can integrate Microsoft Planner or Trello as a tab in any channel in Teams. Just click the little + sign in your channel’s tabs section, and choose Planner or Trello from the pop-up window.

"WE HAVE THIS" did not understand the request. The problem is you have a To Do /Task in Planner for Teams but then you have to maintain a personal To Do/Task in Outlook. It is very difficult to make sure everything is getting done. Why can't these be all in one place as a "Personal Planner"?

If there was a time scheduler (like appointment) where you can drop your to do/tasks into a time slot to plan your day. Currently in Outlook I drag the task to create "appointments" on my calendar so I can plan my day. Since they come in as appointments it always flags your time as busy so you have to remember to change them to "Free". This is very cumbersome so it would be great to keep this all in one place. You check of a to do/task and it would sync with to do/task in the channel.

You want to make Teams the hub, then you need to find a way to merge Outlook functions or vice versa.

Clicking on the join button in an Outlook reminder takes you to the browser to launch Teams today. The work to bypass the browser and directly launch Teams is being worked on. We’ll update when we have more details.

Once support for Windows 10 native notifications is released, users who choose to use Windows notifications will be able to utilize Windows OS specific settings for the length of time to display notifications. Mac does not have an OS specific setting, so will not have the support.
