The feature team has this on their backlog officially now. We don’t have any timing to share at this point, but we will keep you posted.

At a minimum, Call Queues should not actively ring agents' desks when they are in another call. We use attendant mode so all agents ring simultaneously. But if you are in a call already, Teams is ringing in on your call until someone else answers it. Very annoying and hard to hear your caller as the volume is not muted on the ring at all.

For organizations that need call recording for compliance purposes, admins can set via policy. To see how this works for calling and meetings, please see https://docs.microsoft.com/MicrosoftTeams/teams-recording-policy.
1:1 convenience recording is currently on the teams backlog. We will share an updated here as soon as it is available.

The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.
You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.
Thanks!

The phone number does display on the call queue on your PC in Teams but not the Name of the caller. (both display when a USER number is called).
Additionally, on the Teams IOS and Android Apps NEITHER shows up. It just says the name of the call queue is calling so you have no clue who it is if you are mobile.

Thank you for your feedback, the team has this request under review. We will share an update as soon as one is available.
In the meantime, you may want to try using the “Do No Disturb” status if you are in a call or meeting, and do not want to get call notifications (rings and toasts). For more information on the various status settings in Teams and how they effect your notifications, including call notifications, please visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/change-your-status-in-teams-ce36ed14-6bc9-4775-a33e-6629ba4ff78e.

I had a support ticket on this because my contacts were so disjointed. The result was that i had to uninstall Teams and reinstall which did update my contacts, however, nothing keeps them synchronized.
