Hi
I am amazed to see that the bread and butter of Microsoft function copy and paste are not there.
SfB had conversation history in outlook which was handy to know. At least that should have been kept alive with the MS Teams. At the end of the day, they are conversations. What's the ETA on this -

Delegation is must... i am stuck as Exec Office mailbox/ shared mailbox doesn't have that option either
Yes, this is the most required feature... also how a team's user can be given two numbers i.e. one for the UK and one for the US to show presence in both countries for example. So that the customers can reach the support agent/a person easily from the caller's domestic country.
