Adding a subject line to a message makes it a lot more scannable for everyone else. To do that, first you need to expand your compose box by clicking format icon. From there, just type the subject line you want in the first line of your expanded compose box.

My staff is routinely on my back about this missing functionality due to the impact it has on our remote training. PLEASE place this as a high priority. As more and more companies have move to working from home, this has become even more critical to effective operations.

Admin controlled contact groups for Teams are available via the O365 Global Address List (GAL). Please see documentation here: https://docs.microsoft.com/exchange/address-books/address-lists/create-global-address-list.

We definitely need the ability to have system defined contact lists for tier 2 support agents, full team lists/etc. We cannot rely on each individual agent to have current/updated lists all of the time. Why is this not available?!? This is a business critical function.
It would be HELPFUL if the SUBJECT would be what is visible to identify SAVED chats. OR... being able to ADD a subject to saved chats. We are in a call center and agents want to save important notices but then can't find them to save their lives because it is a jumble of garbage.
