We’re pleased to announce the Teams client for Linux is now available for preview. Please see details at https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Teams-Blog/Microsoft-Teams-is-now-available-on-Linux/ba-p/1056267.

Please note the supported Linux distributions are: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS*, 18.04 LTS, Fedora 30 Workstation, RHEL 8 Workstation, CentOS 8. We are working to unblock CentOS 7, and it will be available soon.

    Enjoy!

Thank you for finally recognizing that Microsoft Office and productivity tools belong on the Linux platform. Microsoft Teams is a great place to start! I hope Microsoft will consider porting other mainstream products and tools to the Linux platform as well!
