    We're experiencing this as well on our main office number (has Auto Attendant set up) which means our front desk loses several calls a day. We are also experiencing it on numbers with Auto Attendant. Same issue.

    Yes, please send some help over to the link below. This feedback at the Planner uservoice is being completely ignored and this is the ONE feature that could switch our entire team over to Planner.

    We are noticing the same thing, particularly since recent updates. If I have my Meeting Chat window open during a meeting, I see the chats arriving real-time but also get a pop-up notification every time. Same thing for our entire org. The notifications aren't needed when Meeting Chat window is open.
