    This is extremely necessary for this year due to using a remote support model during COVID. We need to create private channels in a team so we can silo channels from other vendors. However, within a channel, we have a lot of groups of people and need the ability to notify the small group quickly without having to remember and notify everyone individually who is in that group.

    This is very urgent for Holiday support this 2020 season. With everyone working remotely, we need a way to add guests to our support group in private channels so that we can segregate external guests to their own channel (not public).
