Thank you for the feedback and waiting for this feature with patience. We have enabled download of a meeting attendance list during a meeting. This is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy.

See documentation for this feature here:
    https://support.office.com/article/download-attendance-reports-in-teams-ae7cf170-530c-47d3-84c1-3aedac74d310

Note: We are continuing to work on enabling download after a meeting has concluded, as well.

    Thanks.

I have the option to download meeting attendance list during a meeting. My question is this - my meeting is from 10am-11am. I click the download attendees at 10:01 am before I kick off the meeting. Does that mean anyone who joins after 10:01 am is not captured in the download?

The absence of attendee reporting is a huge gap in this day and age of metrics and KPIs. As another person commented, GTM does this seamlessly so not sure why MS can't execute.

This is still under review, no decision has been made. But I will keep following up with the feature team and providing them your feedback.

My company is transitioning from Skype to Teams. When using Skype, I would frequently go to my Conversation History folder in my Outlook to reply to a Skype chat via email. Use case: someone sends me a chat asking for something, but I cannot reply right away or need to do some research on their request. The ability to retrieve the chat from my Conversation History and reply from Outlook was very helpful. I understand all of the communication is meant to sit within Teams now but Outlook is still the primary means of communication, and I always file my emails and really rely on having them when looking for past communications.

On a similar note, we need the ability to configure mute all on entry when setting up the meeting. That way as people enter they are already muted. This is a feature I regularly use on Skype for Business for the large meetings I host and can't figure out why it wouldn't be part of the meeting options for MS Teams.
