This continues to be on our backlog due to prioritization of other work items. We will update when there is more to share.

The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.
You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.
Thanks!

this is long overdue, I work for 2 different companies and each uses their own teams tenant. There is no way to login with 2 accounts and I ended up having to install VMware workstation and run teams inside logged to another server. What a messy work around!

42,534 votesThank you for your continued feedback. As many people have pointed out, this is available on mobile today. Support for replying to a specific message is on the backlog for desktop. I’ll let you know when we have progress to share. Thanks.

Microsoft, anyone in there seeing this?
I cannot work with 1 to 1 chats not being able to reply to specific messages like I do on Slack and Whatsapp. This ***** up brainstorming and after you put 10 different messages with several different subjects, the replies would not make sense as you cannot address things in specific. Why not make the same system we have in channels available for 1 to 1 chats?

When a single thread becomes too long it can be really difficult to scroll down to be able to reply

I can't believe it, I would not expect teams to not be able to change ringtone. I've now deployed to a large customer and first thing they asked was to change the ringtone to a "non skype like ringtone", guess what, not possible!

We merged teams and split others due to work requirements, but we cannot manage our conversations in and out of these chats. We end up losing important chats due to not having a feature to move them. It greatly decreases productivity
