This feature is still in the works. There was some adjustments to the overall strategy.
I’ll try to get some additional details and share them with you.-Warren

Thank you for your continued feedback. We are in the process of testing the downloading of the attendance report after the meeting has concluded. For status updates, please view the roadmap item here, https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Microsoft%20Teams&searchterms=66459.
Download of the meeting attendance list during a meeting is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy. Agreed. This is very annoying! My enterprise users have no idea that they are deleting voicemails when they remove them form their Outlook inbox. They want them to stay in the Teams app!

I would love to see this offer featured with Shift.. it is the main reason why we have not been able to leverage the tool.. we have to use multiple tools in order to get polling of available times as well as actually booking the meeting with large groups.

Any news? Our users are complaining that their business users are not seeing uptake in use of Teams because they don't know how to control notifications and follow up accurately.

Please add to the comments if you are experiencing this. I would like to know the OS and device you are using as well.
I’ll bring this feedback to the feature team and help get this investigated.

We see banner notifications on Windows 10 on Dell machines, however the notifications do not show up in the notifications center to stay there (like Outlook notifications do). This is important to my customers!
Thanks Alex. I can't find a mention on the roadmap of what you're describing. Can you give the exact Description title that's listed on the Roadmap so that I can track it?
