Needed, suggest a flag setting on Teams startup to enable the remote access mode so the user has to make a conscious effort to enable remote access.

Great performance and user experience remain a topmost priority for us. Application launch time has seen improvements in the recent build. We will continue making improvements across the product including channel to chat switching and overall resource consumption.

The ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is supported on iOS & Android today. The feature team is continuing to work on support for multiple accounts on desktop and web clients. We’ll keep you posted as we have more details.

@Peter Warren I have found the workaround for me is to open Private browser windows each with its own Teams running but with different tenants. Because they are private they do not share information and therefore change each other as you move around. Clunky, but workable for now. Fortunately I have a lot of RAM as this hogs it.

I’m excited to announce that the new Large Gallery view, allowing users to see up to 49 participant in a meeting, has started rolling out! Large Gallery will release as an optional (preview) feature that can be turned on at any time during a meeting, and will be available in desktop Teams client on both Windows & Mac. We are pushing the updates via a cloud update. The minimum desktop build needed is 19173 or later. If you have this build you will see the new feature once the cloud update is pushed to you, over the coming weeks.

You can read more about Large gallery view, Together mode, as well as other new meetings experiences here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams-blog/new-meeting-and-calling-experience-in-microsoft-teams/ba-p/1537581.

For more details, check out the Roadmap item: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=65333.

    Thanks,
    Alex & the Teams team

Microsoft: You have provided 3x3 pane video in meetings. This assists in small meetings, but does not address most Team meetings which characteristically are much larger.
Please enhance or replace the current meeting with the following:
    - A pop out window for video feeds only - at least the same size as the small video image allowed in Meetings when presenting.
-More, or all attendees displayed regardless if video is being sent - show the icon
    On-icon 'Hand raised'
    - Meeting attendee export both during and on completion of the meeting. Where meeting is recorded include the attendee list on the meeting details
    - Meeting notes in a separate window so as to avoid obscuring the rest of the meeting
There is no doubt more, but this is my top pick of features NEEDED

Latest announcement today is this will begin to roll out in June (which year?) along with a number of other enhancements such as moving the bar to the top of the screen, Hand Up, and others.
When it is there it is real, until then it is wasted air.

The inability of people to adapt but instead post lots of comments harping on this topic is amazing. OK, let's accept Microsoft mediocrity of just plain inability to do this and work out how to get the best out of Teams anyway. So when in a meeting just click the list of attendees and a pane will open on the right side listing who is in the meeting already, so at least you know who is there. Sure you only have 4 icons/people in the main pane, but as long as you leave it alone it will show who is actively speaking, not every one who is not. This gives FOCUS - to your meeting to the person talking at that time. OK, no hand-raising but get over it, you are not in primary school now, speak up like an adult should. Come on, people, grow up and adapt!
    Rant over

Thank you for the feedback and waiting for this feature with patience. We have enabled download of a meeting attendance list during a meeting. This is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy.

See documentation for this feature here:
    https://support.office.com/article/download-attendance-reports-in-teams-ae7cf170-530c-47d3-84c1-3aedac74d310

Note: We are continuing to work on enabling download after a meeting has concluded, as well. For status updates, check out the roadmap item https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Microsoft%20Teams&searchterms=66459.

    Thanks.

Hey Alex, I appreciate extensive testing is required for typical waterfall-developed products, but isn't Microsoft Agile and Devops oriented? Which would mean release cycles much shorter and aimed at getting at least some pieces of the final product out as soon as possible? Usual cycles are in weeks, not months of no apparent activity. Make the effort, communicate, get some functionality, even if it is not perfect (and we don't expect it to be any longer), out to the customers before you no longer have customers to deliver to.

'Makes progress...' is hardly reassuring that any work is being done. If there was a timeline to this it has long since disappeared of any calendar into history. Come on, make a commitment! SharePoint has a calendar function, bring that forward to Teams - or find an app developer who can do that anyway.

This would be useful if the ability to adjust fonts / colors was similar to the formatting capability already used in Outlook. That way I could see more easily when a tag group or the whole team was addressed.

The inability to have Teams 'tabs' just like browser tabs, where I can switch from organization to organization, or from chat to calendar to Teams to app etc. The single-threaded single-pane at present is a major impediment to use, and running a browser window of Teams as well as the Teams app is a major memory load.
