This is important functionality - if I am going to be able to use this tool to support and collaborate on a project using Team.
We need to be able to take something like a Requirements spreadsheet or a UAT test script that has been approved for a project and lock it after approval. These files could then be unlocked and edited by the Team owner if there was a new revision for additions found during a project test cycle
