In our use case, we want to have a Sales Team and use channels to identify specific Prospect companies by name for each channel. We use documents and files collected during the sales process. We have a OneNote notebook used for meeting notes. We have Teams meetings and recordings with transcript. When we win the business we need to move the channel to the Client Team. If we lose the business, we move the channel to the Sales Archive Team.
