    When is this coming?
It should be a doddle to get done and greatly improve the functionality of Teams.

if you have an existing post that you want to show in a different channel, you can edit the message and cross-post. This will add the top-level post to the different channel, but will not include the full set of replies. We will keep this request in mind as we evolve the cross-posting feature in the future and update if the status changes.

Details on cross posting can be found here: https://support.office.com/article/cross-post-a-channel-conversation-in-teams-9c1252a3-67ef-498e-a7c1-dd7147b3d295.

I second the last speaker here, hashtagging must be prioritized, it would help to collate information about a specific topic in/across channels in a much easier way.

Imagine a Team with 500+ users that perform a complex multidiscipline project - if we're not to drown in channels and cause more confusion than order, hashtagging is a given requirement and success factor for the use of Teams.
    Pretty please someone!

A simpler, more intuitive right-click approach would be much more user friendly- there are too many clicks and moves to get to where you want.
Why access "settings" at all when the options could just be displayed directly via right-click --> sub menu etc for most general use items...
Other than that - getting there :)
