How difficult is it to fix this? We don't want the banner for every. single. message. I don't want every message to show a banner / toast. Maybe, after a 10 minute period or so of not talking, then sure, give me a banner, otherwise, if I am in an active conversation, then only flash the icon in the taskbar.
I don't keep Teams open all day and tend to minimize it to the task bar

Honestly, we need just a taskbar blinking option. The fact a banner comes up every. single. message, is the most annoying ****.
I personally have my main program in the bottom right corner and I have to chat with other members constantly. I can't for the life of me work while ignoring chats because the stupid banner is always in the way (yes I can move my program, I get that but it's not the point)

As we announced at Microsoft Ignite 2019 this morning, we are excited to confirm that Multi-window capabilities are coming to Microsoft Teams, and will start rolling out to the public ring early next year!

    Thanks,
    Alex & the Teams team
