Thank you for your continued feedback. The feature team is actively working on introducing Dynamic View which will allow to dock the participant gallery to the top of your screen. When I establish a primary SMTP address on the group ... why doesn't it e-mail the group members? This should be the default functionality.

Need a clear audio selection method, like Zoom does (see capture). Zoom says "choose ONE option" right when you start the meeting. As Tony noted the user needs to navigate to a non-obvious location.
Make it easy to join, don't require user training!!

Need to move the participants video bar to the top of the screen so that you're looking up towards the camera (eye contact) versus looking down. Perhaps make it movable, but the default needs to be the top of the screen.
