My natural instinct is to use Teams as a full Team - Project site, and use the Channels for sub-groups within the teams. Currently the functionality forces me to invite the entire team to meetings, and so it renders the Channels useless. I realize I can create a meeting in Outlook and invite specific people, but the whole purpose is to keep meeting notes, recordings, etc together in one place, and be able to report up to the rest of the team. I originally thought this was a bug because I sent notifications to a large group of people without even knowing it. I hope Microsoft changes this.
