The fix for notifications not appearing/playing when Teams is minimized is rolling out to the public ring. We expect it to be rolled out 100% by the weekend – I’ll update this item at that point.
Thanks!

@Alex (Teams Engineering, Microsoft Teams), the notification problem was NEVER fixed. Thousands of us STILL don't get an answer notification when we receive a call locally whilst connected via RDP, even if we switch to local desktop. Come on Microsoft, this is fundamental stuff. We need an answer notification to pick up the call. Given the magnitude of the issue (hundreds experiencing it in my company alone, let alone globally) and the fundamental nature of being able to easily answer a call, this should be the highest priority bug.

I apologize for not having updated this. Changing the landing page for a Team and/or Channel remains on the backlog at this time.

Teams has to be the most frustrating application I've used in forever. Everything is counterintuitive. Just when you find a workaround to something, you come across the next one. This kind of thing is basic stuff. Please fix or set up a focus group with users to point out these things.

When on a Teams conference call the volume of my AirPod Pros is far too high / distorted.
Like others I’m shocked that Microsoft don’t support them. This needs to be sorted ASAP. -

As mentioned in the prior status, the channel limit was raised from 100 to 200.
In the near future a retention limit will be set so you can still go back and reinstate a channel you had deleted. Once the retention period has expired then the channel will get a hard delete which will free up the space and no longer count toward the 200 channel limit.
This will help with some of the issues you have voiced in the comments below.
But I understand many of you wish the limit to be further increased. I will continue to provide your votes and comments to the feature team.-Warren

@Phil Grenfell, I have PROBLEM #2 but neither of workarounds 2 or 3 work for me. I simply do not see a notification. Also, it's broken and has been for months, not just from December.
