This *definitely* needs to be fixed... Makes for an incredibly jarring user experience as per the attached screenshot.

The team is working to address issues with call controls that occur for users running both Teams and Skype for Business. We will let you know when there is more to share.

We currently do not support pinning a specific folder, but we are considering this feature.

This is currently in internal testing rings at Microsoft, and the feature team is targeting a release to the public in early Q2.

I am marking this as partially done to let you know a new reactions bar with Like, Heart, Laugh, Surprised, Sad, and Angry has begun rolling out to all users.
This feature is now on the backlog. I will update you when we have more details to share.
The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.
