The ability to export (or even copy & paste) a conversation is very important to us, as we utilise teams for our onsite engineers to provide escalation support & knowledge base information to them. These conversations need to be copied into the support ticket in our onsite ticketing system. At the moment we are having to copy the link to the conversation and embed that in the ticket. This is ok, but means that to follow the flow of a longer ticket we have to go to multiple places. Also if the conversation is deleted, then we lose the usefulness of the link.
