    Come on, a call forward option needs to be a feature that users (without admin access) can configure. We use Common Area Phones in areas (like receptions) that are not always staffed. We need the ability to forward these numbers to other people during non-staffed times. This is a very basic standard feature on any phone.

    We need call forwarding to be available on these phones even when they are in Common Area Phone mode (just a dial pad). I am rolling back the firmware in order to get this feature. Please put call forwarding options back where they were!

    I reset the phone to factory defaults and then upgraded the firmware and then the Teams app - all is now fine. Nightmare though.

    I have this issue too. It was all fine until a few weeks ago. Now I have some phones showing up as "healthy" but others showing up as "offline". However, they are all up and working, the "offline" phones are fine. How are we supposed to know if there is an issue or not with these? I will log a ticket with Microsoft, but I know that all I will be doing is opening a huge can of worms and causing myself a lot of pain. MS support tends to be pretty patchy to say the least.

    Thanks for your feedback. The transfer to voicemail option is currently in testing and will be released soon.

    Note: Direct calls to a users voicemail is a separate feature which is planned. We’ll update when we have more details to share on this one.

    This is now in place, when you transfer a call there is an option (via a dropdown) to transfer to Work Voicemail.

    This is a really important feature for us. If someone leaves our business we need that number to go somewhere after we delete the account. We used to use Unassigned Numbers in SfB to pass the calls to a centralised switchboard now we just get a dropped call - which is really poor.

    I also currently have a ticket raised with MS as in point 3 mentioned below, the current report shows multiple login/logout results for each attendee. They have said its a bug and they are working on fixing it - but the call has been open for months now. No progress.

    Isn't a version of this possible already, as you can now select "include system audio" during a desktop share and play a video in to a Live Event that way Or am I mistaken?

    Allowing system audio is on the roadmap

    Audio playing on presenter device will be shared in the live event, Roadmap ID 63276 - Rolling out at the end of April
