Same problem with Beats Solo Wireless 3 headphones. Sometimes works, but often, I connect via Bluetooth and people can hear me, but I can't hear them. It looks like a similar issue to what is described below, so adding my voice to the fray. We too want to roll out to a wider company audience, but if this is an issue, I need to warn my users. Please advise on when/if a fix is coming

People should always have the ability to control their camera visibility. It should never be automatic. please provide the functionality for users to set their options for all meetings, the change them in-meeting if desired. It's a privacy and control issue, but also frankly it is obnoxious NOT to have it.
Document Libraries connected to Teams need to be as flexible as Doc Libraries tend to be. Just setting channels up for a POC and deciding on changes led me to have to rename, move and delete. An insane way of managing a workspace. Please fix this!
