   I have DOZENS of "individual" chats happening amongst my colleagues - but the 'Recent' list on the left only places the chats in the order of when "I" initiated them or when my colleague initiated it with me.

   What sucks is when I'm having a convo with 2 people, but they are separated in the 'Recent' list by 20 people and I have to scroll ... back and forth... back and forth... back and forth.... when I'm talking with both of them.

   Can't MS just make it so chats with the most recent activity are brought to the top? This is 2019, right?
