That is not exactly what I am looking for. thanks for the option but wont work for our needs.
We need to capture the full conversation and all ancillary data for our incidents. This can then be looked at later for insurance, reimbursement, and reporting needs.

This feature is on the backlog. I will update you when we have more details to share.
Improvements to day/work week/week view are in the public ring. Our focus now is a new scheduling experience and scheduling assistant, appointments and more.

This is working today in the web client on Edge & Chrome. The team is actively investigating feasibility in the desktop client.
Great performance and user experience remain a topmost priority for us. Application launch time has seen improvements in the recent build. We will continue making improvements across the product including channel to chat switching and overall resource consumption.
